The objectives of NIC, which are underpinned by the ideal of industrial empowerment, are as follows:

Promote interest in and awareness of manufacturing as an important sector of the economy.

Facilitate the provision of training, counselling and advisory services.

Communicate regularly with members on matters of mutual interest by way of newsletters, meetings, seminars and conferences.
